Heatmiser neo – System Overview
The Heatmiser neo systems is a collection of smart thermostats and controls that can be connected and controlled through the neo App.
Smart Profiles
Time and temperature profiles can be applied to individual zones. Any subsequent change to the profile will be automatically applied to those zones using the profile.
Subscription Free
There are no subscriptions costs when using the neoApp.
Geo Location Facility
This can turn the heating off when the home owner leaves and back on when they return, key energy saving feature.
Mesh Networking
The Mesh Networking feature increases the communication distance of the system as data is automatically routed between the connected neostats and the neoHub.
Multi Zone
Up to 32 zones can be controlled from anywhere.
Remote Updates
The Neo System will periodically download updates and apply new features and patches to the connected devices.
Heatmiser neo – Wired System
Wired thermostats and controls and that allow your system to be fully connected.
- Thermostats include 230V, 12V, Electric and Hot water versions.
- Up to 6 actuators can be wired to each zone on the wiring centre and an output is provided for the boiler, underfloor heating pump and a zone valve.
- Zone 8 of the UH8 can be setup to control a radiator zone, in this case not enabling the UFH Pump and Valve.
Heatmiser neo – Wireless System
Wired thermostats and controls and that communicate through an RF signal.
- The UH8-RF v2 is our wireless wiring centre designed for use with the neoAir v3 Thermostat.
- Up to 6 actuators can be wired to each of the 8 zones and an output is provided for the boiler, underfloor heating pump and valve. Additionally, the boiler signal can be sent wirelessly to the RF Switch v2.
- A Software option in the thermostat allows you to configure which zones are underfloor heating and which are radiators. Radiator zones will not enable the UFH Pump and Valve.
Can I control the neo system with my phone?
The neoHub is the gateway, providing remote control of the Heatmiser neo system using the mobile App. The neoHub connects to your home broadband router and wirelessly to the connected thermostats.
