We only stock only 16mm underfloor heating pipe, which is the most common size of pipe for modern UFH systems. All our adaptors feature a ¾ inch eurocone nut for compatibility with most underfloor heating manifolds.
What Size Manifold Adaptors Do I Need?
Choosing the correct adaptor depends on the outer diameter of your pipe. Measure the outer diameter of your pipe and select the relevant adaptor.
How Do These Adaptors Connect the Pipe?
Each manifold adaptor includes a pipe insert, compression nut, and a split olive:
- Slide the Eurocone nut over the pipe followed by the split olive.
- Insert the push fitting into the end of the pipe.
- Push the insert fully into the manifold port to ensure a snug fit.
- Hand-tighten the nut, then use a spanner to tighten by approximately one and a half turns (or to around 50 Nm torque) to create a secure, leak-proof seal.
- Due to the compression fitting and seals on the push fit, no leakages should be present.
