Types of Pipe Fixings

1. Staples or Clips
This is the most common installation method. The staples are pushed into insulation and feature barbed ends for a secure hold.

• Available in 60mm and 40mm sizes — ideal for use with standard or thinner insulation.

• Typically installed every 0.5 meters, but spacing can be adjusted based on preference.

2. Pipe Rail
Supplied in 1-meter lengths, each rail includes an adhesive strip to stick directly to the subfloor.

• Pipes are held at 50mm spacing.

• Useful for high-density areas and faster installations.

• Ideal for installation over solid flooring.

3. Wet Screed Panels
These panels create a grid system that guides pipe placement before screeding.

• Provide extremely accurate 50mm spacing.

• Offer the highest level of pipe guidance and consistency.
