- 1200mm x 600mm boards
- Easy to cut and quick to install

- Strong 400 kPa compressive strength
Our boards are compatible with all floor finishes, making them perfect for any residential or commercial project.
Manufactured from strong 400kPa EPS, these Transitional Boards are to be used with our EPS Overfloor Boards in areas of high pipe concentration or where a corner needs to be formed.
For straight pipe runs, simply place them directly into the designated channels of the straight transitional board. Cut the boards to the desired length and width for a perfect fit.
To form corners, use the main transitional board. Cut two boards at a 45-degree angle each. Here’s the trick: leave a gap of about 120mm between the angled edges. This space allows the pipe to bend smoothly as it changes direction.
If needed, use suitable nail clips to secure the pipes to the subfloor before the next step.
Once the pipes are in place and secured (if necessary), fill the open area between the boards with renovation screed. This creates a smooth, finished surface.
Our transitional boards are easy to cut using a craft knife or a fine-toothed saw, allowing for precise adjustments during installation.
