We deliver underfloor heating kits and components across the whole of the UK, including next-day delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Whether you’re based in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, or Cardiff, we ship directly to your door — trade or retail. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire – not far from Glasgow.

Other remote areas: BT (Northern Ireland), IM1–IM9 (Isle of Man), GY/JE (Channel Islands), PO30–PO41 (Isle of Wight), TR21–TR25 (Isles of Scilly)

Supply vs. Installation
VPS Underfloor Heating is a specialist kit supplier — we supply and ship complete wet and electric underfloor heating systems to customers and trade installers across the UK. Installation is carried out by your own plumber, heating engineer, or UFH installer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands? Yes. We deliver to all Highland and Island postcodes including IV, KW, HS, ZE, PA, and PH. Delivery times are typically 5–7 working days and a surcharge applies due to carrier restrictions in remote areas. Standard next-day and timed services are not available for these postcodes.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland? Yes, we deliver to all BT postcodes in Northern Ireland. Delivery is standard service only (5–7 working days) and a surcharge applies at checkout.
Do you deliver to the Isle of Man or Channel Islands? Yes. We ship to IM (Isle of Man) and GY/JE (Channel Islands) postcodes. As with other remote locations, standard delivery only applies and a surcharge is added at checkout.
How long does delivery take to mainland UK? Most mainland UK orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days. Next-day delivery is available for an additional charge, and timed next-day delivery (e.g. before noon) is also available.
Can I collect from your warehouse? Please contact us to arrange this. We’re based at Unit 30, Westfield North Industrial Estate, Grayshill Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HQ.
Do you install underfloor heating? We are a supply-only business. We don’t offer an installation service directly, but our team can provide full system design support, technical guidance, and product recommendations to help your installer complete the job.
