Products are really good quality and they do 120mm centre underfloor heating mats which are quite hard to find. The team were very helpful in designing the systems and organising the delivery. I will be using VPS again.

Excellent, I ordered some Neo-e thermostats, and was so impressed when I received a call to check with generation of hub I have. Yes, it meant an upgrade, but that call was so important versus not having the right equipment when my electrician came to install.

From initial engagement (Andrew) the VPS design consultant was prompt and attentive to my system planning. After a ferw tweaks and guidance from the knowledgeable team, I'd placed my order. Just 48 hours later, I was receiving notification that I had a pallet due for delivery that day.

Their service and advice was without fault. Their pricing being so competitive was an added bonus.

On a project of this nature, that we'd not undertaken before the VPS help and recommendations have proven invaluable.

Called for advice to begin with and found out details that I didn't know and which allowed me to recalculate the items I needed. Ordered through the website that same day and the items arrived within the next couple of days as promised. Good email comms from the seller too so I knew where I was in the process. Needed help to work out what electric ufh was required for stuck down engineered wood finish. VPS gave two options, worked out kit required and gave an estimate. Delivery was next day, following payment. The dialogue was quick and helpful whether email or phone and when i had further questions later, they responded as quickly and were able to help with additional kit when i knew that more was required. Competitive prices alongside excellent professional advice and service. It was like dealing with a local company who knew what they were doing. Would use again and again

Great experience with VPS - I've now installed an overlay wet UFH system and they have been helpful from the very start.
The installation insytructions were clear and they made sure I didn't pay for more supply than I needed. Very happy with the service they provided too.

VPS provide a good range of products at a good price. We have always had quick delivery and most recently had a short delay, no fault of theirs, and I was quickly made aware and everything was quickly rectified.
