The NEW XPS 500 underfloor heating overlay boards offer a simple solution to install underfloor heating onto existing floors. These panels can be placed directly onto any solid surface and are perfect for retrofit installations. These boards feature performance benefits over the standard EPS Overlay Boards.
These EPS panels are designed to fit snugly between existing joists or between battens on concrete subfloors. In joist panels are 1200 mm x 350 mm x 50 mm, with 200 mm pipe spacing for 16 mm pipework. These panels provide insulation to prevent heat loss while the foil coating promotes an even heat distribution across your space. Once installed, floorboards are placed over the joists/battens as normal.

Developed to strengthen timber floors before tiling, NoMorePly 6mm PrePrimed Fibre Cement Board (1200 x 600mm) prevent tiles and grout lines cracking by removing the ‘bounce’ or deflection in timber floors caused by the weight of footfall. Primed on one side to reduce installation time.
Required for ProFloor system when installing Tiles or in Wet areas.

It sets in just 5 minutes and has a water free formulation ensuring that it doesn’t foam excessively but it will expand to fill any small gaps beneath the boards. As it is 100% waterproof, it is an excellent jointing solution in all areas including bathrooms and wetrooms.
