Profloor Pre-Routed Foil OSB Board offers a reliable solution for wet underfloor heating on joisted floors. Made from high-quality OSB3, this board serves as a structural flooring panel and is suitable for various applications, including joists or battens.
Built for Underfloor Heating
Grooved at 150mm centres, the board offers high heat output, making it suitable for use with heat pumps and other low-temperature heat sources. It offers performance advantages over between-joist systems as the heat has less material to pass through before reaching the floor surface. The foil-faced OSB board features a 75-micron aluminium coating. This distributes heat efficiently across the floor surface, resulting in even and effective heating.
To maintain structural integrity of this flooring system, you must install either ProWarm HDF Top Boards Top Boards or ‘No More Ply’ using fixing screws at 150mm centres.
