Profloor HDF Top Board

Installed on top of your underfloor heating system, ProFloor HDF Top Board provides a smooth, solid surface for your floor covering. The 6mm board includes a printed pipe layout to help prevent damage to the pipes during installation.

The ProWarm 6mm Board is designed for use with ProFloor Pre-Routed Foil OSB Boards. They can also serve as an intermediate layer for other UFH systems, including low-profile overlay systems.

This top board acts as a protective barrier between your underfloor heating system and the final floor finish. Its strong, durable construction safeguards the UFH system and ensures a level, stable surface for flooring installation.

The ProWarm HDF Top Board helps maximise heat efficiency. Its 6mm thickness allows heat to rise evenly through the floor, ensuring consistent warmth without hot or cold spots.

How to install ProWarm HDF Top Boards

The boards are lightweight and easy to manage, making installation straightforward. The printed pipe pattern allows you to accurately align the board with the pipework beneath, helping to avoid accidental damage when fixing in place. Boards are screwed into the chipboard flooring below.
