XPS400 Blank Overlay Boards for use in unheated areas when installing low profile overlay boards.ย
These boards are used to maintain a consistent floor level across unheated spaces, including areas beneath units, baths, and inside cupboards. Manufactured from 400 kPa XPS, they are highly durable and provide excellent compressive strength to help prevent floor movement. Blank overlay boards are 20 mm thick and can be easily cut to size on site.
