How do EPS 400 Low Profile Panels work?

Underfloor heating boards 20 mm thick add minimal height to the floor surface. Underfloor heating panels are durable and lightweight, they hold a high compressive strength of 400KPA.  This makes them a simple choice for various requirements. The underfloor heating board has pre-grooved channels suitable for 16 mm pipe at 150 mm pipe spacings. You can secure boards to any solid surface using a spray contact adhesive. EPS panels are made from high-compressive strength Expanded PolyStyrene (EPS). EPS400 is the strongest density that can be used with all floor coverings.

Underfloor heating boards are fitted with 200-micron thick  foil. This permits swift heat-up times of as low as 30 minutes. The overlay boards allow heat outputs of up to 80 W/m² under wooden floorings. This also transfers as high as 60 W/m² for under-carpet flooring. These are the optimum choices for foil-coated overlay boards.
