Our 16mm PERT EVOH underfloor heating pipe is a flexible, lightweight alternative to PERT-AL-PERT pipe. Without an aluminium core, it’s easier to handle and lay on site, useful for larger installations. Available in 500m and 200m coils.
A premium 3-layer PE-RT EVOH underfloor heating pipe in 12mm diameter, supplied in 80m and 320m coils. Ideal for low-profile UFH systems and tight pipe layouts where a slim floor build-up is essential. The internal EVOH oxygen barrier protects your heating system components against corrosion, while the flexible red pipe is easy to route and install in screed or overlay board systems. Maximum recommended loop length 80m.
16mm pre-insulated MLCP for hot water , cold water and heating systems. Features 7mm closed-cell PE foam insulation, WRAS approved and fire rated to BS EN 13501-1. Available in 100m coils in red or blue.
20mm pre-insulated MLCP for hot water , cold water and heating systems. Features 7mm closed-cell PE foam insulation, WRAS approved and fire rated to BS EN 13501-1. Available in 50m coils in red or blue.
25mm pre-insulated MLCP for hot water , cold water and heating systems. Features 7mm closed-cell PE foam insulation, WRAS approved and fire rated to BS EN 13501-1. Available in 50m coils in red or blue.
PERT-AL-PERT
5-layer with aluminium core. Higher heat transfer, holds shape when bent. Our recommended choice for screed and overlay systems. Available in 12mm and 16mm.
PERT EVOH
No aluminium core — more flexible and easier to handle on site. Slightly lower heat transfer. Good for high-volume installers. 16mm and 12mm available.
Choosing the right UFH pipe is one of the most important decisions in any wet underfloor heating installation. We stock 16mm and 12mm pipe in PERT-AL-PERT and EVOH variants, plus pre-insulated MLCP for connecting your heat source to the manifold.
16mm is the standard choice for most installations — it delivers enough heat output to serve as a primary heat source and allows loop lengths of up to around 105m. 12mm pipe is better suited to low-profile overlay board systems where a slimmer floor build-up is essential, with a maximum recommended loop length of 80m.
PERT-AL-PERT has a 5-layer construction with an aluminium core, giving better heat transfer and shape retention. EVOH pipe has no aluminium layer — it’s more flexible and easier to handle on site, making it popular with high-volume installers. Both are suitable for screed and overlay systems.
Our WRAS-approved PERT-AL-PERT pipe carries a 50-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Yes, underfloor heating pipe can be repaired depending on the extent and location of the damage. Minor leaks or small sections of damage may be fixed using a reliable compression coupling. For larger damages, replacement may be the only option.
