Excellent products and very competitive prices. Dispatched very swiftly and well packaged. I had cause to return two items that I was unable to use, and they couldn't have been more helpful, my account was re-credited within a matter of hours. Bearing in mind the extreme circumstances most of us are living and working under, VPS have been outstanding. Brilliant. FIVE STARS.

I had an amazing customer service experience, Davis was very helpful throughout the process, including buying, and arranging a delivery date and scheduling a time. He remained polite and well mannered throughout the process. I will deffo be using Davis again to buy more pluming products.

They gave excellent advice and information.The prices were less expensive when compared with other suppliers.The goods were ordered in the afternoon and arrived before 10:00 the next morning!I will definitely use them again.

Nice company to do business with.I wanted to open up a trade account with them for a new business and they were quite forthright when they confirmed that they don't do trade accounts because their prices were. extremely competitive. I checked up and I'm delighted to confirm that they were cheaper than the manufacturers of the thermostats I purchased was selling them for online. A big recommend!

Really good service from VPS. I made a mistake with my order which meant the components I bought weren’t all compatible. They spotted it, contacted me and suggested changes. Really quite helpful. Made a nice change to deal with a company who care.
