20mm Pre-Insulated pipe – 50m Coil

Multilayer composite pipe with closed-cell polyethylene foam insulation. Designed for fast, joint-free installation across hot and cold water and heating applications — no additional insulation or secondary labour required.

This insulated pipe has a 7mm round extruded insulation with continuous PE-LD vapour barrier foil, maintaining insulation effectiveness throughout the system. Available in red (flow) and blue (return/cold) for straightforward pipework identification on site.

Operating Conditions

Hot Water — Suitable for systems where water temperature does not continuously exceed 95°C at a maximum design pressure of 10 bar (BS EN ISO 21003:2008 – Class 2)
Cold Water — Suitable for cold water services below 20°C at a maximum system pressure of 10 bar
Heating  — Suitable where water temperature does not continuously exceed 80°C at 10 bar (BS EN ISO 21003:2008 – Class 5)
