The SpiderFix Panel is a tough injection-moulded board made from 100% recycled plastic. It holds 12mm or 16mm underfloor heating pipe firmly in place, so your layout stays exactly as designed while the floor is covered.

Its slim profile makes it a good fit for renovations where floor height matters, and it works just as well in new builds. A self-adhesive backing fixes each panel to the subfloor, snap-clips join them into one continuous surface, and cutting grooves make fitting around walls and obstacles quick. Once laid, the panels give you a stable base for your floor finish and an accurate pipe layout for even heat distribution.

How to install

1. Prepare the subfloor. Make sure it is clean, dry and sound. Suitable bases are concrete, suspended timber or insulation boards.
2. Level if needed. We recommend a flexible, fibre-reinforced self-levelling compound to create a flat, stable surface and improve heat transfer.
3. Fix the panels. Peel and stick each panel in place, then click the edges together with the snap-clips. Trim along the cutting grooves where needed.
4. Lay the pipe. Press the pipe into the panels following your design layout, choosing the pipe centres that suit each zone.
5. Cover and finish. Cover with screed or levelling compound, then lay your chosen floor covering.
