Cement Coated XPS300 Overlay Board

Cement coated underfloor heating boards are perfect for retrofitting UFH over existing subfloors. Boards are 600mm x 1200mm and can be installed on wooden and concrete surfaces.

Cement coated overlay boards hold 16mm pipe at 150mm spacing and feature return channels and pipe turns. Boards can be cut using a utility blade and new channels can also be created using a router.

Cement coated boards Installation 
Wooden subfloor – boards are mechanically fixed using screws and washers.
Concrete subfloor – boards are attached using a flexible tile adhesive.
