12mm PERT EVOH Underfloor Heating Pipe – 12mm x 1.6mm

This 12mm underfloor heating pipe is a 3-layer PE-RT construction with an internal EVOH oxygen barrier — designed for wet underfloor heating systems where a low floor build-up is a priority.

At 12mm diameter, this pipe is specifically suited to low-profile overlay systems and tight pipe centres where 16mm pipe would create too much floor height. It pairs particularly well with slim screed systems and low-profile overlay boards, making it a popular choice for renovation projects and room-height-sensitive installations.

The EVOH barrier layer sits between the inner and outer PE-RT layers, significantly reducing oxygen ingress into the heating system. This helps protect metal components — including manifolds, pumps, and boiler heat exchangers — from internal corrosion over the lifetime of the system.

Supplied in red for easy identification on site, the pipe is flexible and lightweight, making it straightforward to route around obstacles, cut to length, and connect to standard 12mm UFH manifold fittings.

Available in two coil lengths:
80m coil — matches the maximum recommended loop length for 12mm pipe, ideal for buying per loop
320m coil — for larger projects or trade use, reduces waste and handling

Please note: 12mm pipe delivers lower heat output per loop compared to 16mm pipe, and the maximum loop length is 80m. For rooms requiring higher output or longer runs, 16mm pipe is recommended.
