Put a large order through to support my new underfloor heating and it all arrived on time and in good condition. Subsequently had to return a few items and the team were very helpful in arranging this.

I can honestly say that the entire process has been a pleasure,I was assisted by a design engineer called Andrew Rideout,he knows his products and gave me various options to suit my customers needs, the pipe layout design was initially designed then had to be altered due to me adding kitchen islands etc, I received the new design almost immediately,it was absolutely perfect.all payments were completed and I received the entire order before 11am the following day,VPS underfloor heating is the only company I will use from now on....

Products are really good quality and they do 120mm centre underfloor heating mats which are quite hard to find. The team were very helpful in designing the systems and organising the delivery. I will be using VPS again.

Excellent, I ordered some Neo-e thermostats, and was so impressed when I received a call to check with generation of hub I have. Yes, it meant an upgrade, but that call was so important versus not having the right equipment when my electrician came to install.
