**Cable Spacing c-c 100mm**
Consists of a twin conductor heating element – supply only needed at one end via a 3 metres long armoured cold lead (no need for a return conductor)

The 150w/m2 underfloor heating mat is suitable for under tile heating in most living areas within the home.
When the floor and room are well insulated the 150w/m2 system can also be used as the primary source of heat.
Note: On concrete floors, and to gain maximum efficiency, it is always advisable to install a thermal barrier of insulation board of 6mm minimum thickness directly under the heating.
The 200w/m2 underfloor heating system offers a quicker warm up time than 150w/m2 and is suitable for under tile heating.
It is recommended for conservatories, primary heat source applications, and to heat rooms with a higher heat loss.
Also, it is used when a faster heat up is preferred – up to 25% faster warm up than a 150 w/m2.
NOTE: 6mm or 10mm thick insulation boards installed directly under the heating will always increase performance, heat up time and save running costs.
The Thermopads Electric Underfloor Heating foil mat kits are rated at 140w/m2, which provides a warm floor without any damage to your wooden top floor.
